Narahari Bhawandla, born on February 6, 1956, received his education from 1975 to 1981 at the College of Fine Arts, JNTU Hyderabad. His paintings depict the rustic lifestyle of the people of the Telangana region. He is known as an ambassador of rural sensibilities and traditional folklore of the village folks in this region. His brushstrokes are bold and sharply defined, and his colors are lively and creatively applied.
